30-60-90 Model
30-60-90 Planning and Execution focuses on opportunity capture at the presales stage leading to Gap identification and workforce planning.
It tracks manpower requirements through the sales life cycle.
It analyzes the data along with the data on Attrition, Project Releases and New Recruitment’s, through automated tools.
It produces 30-60-90-day action plans for Recruitment, Infrastructure up gradation, Re-skilling and Visas respectively.
COMPOSITION OF THE INTERVIEW PANEL
In order to ensure that right candidates are selected through uniform selection methods experienced individuals who have expertise in Staffing methods and procedures are made available for conducting Staffing activities.
RE-EMPLOYMENT OF ASSOCIATES
Re-employment of associates who have already left DSCOLTD is considered on three main parameters viz. Proper exit, Fitment of the associate and need of the organization for a skill set acquired by the associate.

RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:
Associate Referrals – A fully web enabled associate referral scheme offers associates an opportunity to refer their friends and colleagues for employment opportunities at DSCOLTD. Associates can make the referrals for any positions in the organization.
Print Media – Advertising the job openings within the organization in nationally recognized newspapers, the responsibility of which lies with Corporate.
Web Media – Advertising the job openings within the organization on the Internet at websites, which are chosen based on good track record, management discretion etc.
Recruitment Agencies – External vendors who help in attracting the right talent – upon being identified and selected by – for DSCOLTD for certain published positions.
Subcontracting – Sub contracting is used to fulfill temporary requirements of the Strategic Business / Support Units which arise from time to time, a process wherein a supplier provides manpower resources on subcontracting mode on man-month basis or Time and material basis for IT Companies for execution of software projects.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process includes short listing profiles received from various sources and interviewing suitable candidates for open positions.
OFFER AND FOLLOW UP PROCESS
The management’s intention to offer an appointment to the selected candidate is presented via the Offer Letter consisting of terms and conditions of employment, salary structure, location, designation etc.
ON BOARDING / JOINING
This refers to the process through which a selected candidate is absorbed into the organization.
